A CV review is more useful when you can see why a suggestion was made.

We read the CV and the job separately

The reviewer extracts the experience you describe and the requirements the job explicitly lists. It then compares them, citing the relevant passages.

Missing evidence stays a question

If your CV does not mention a skill, that does not mean you lack it. An unmet requirement needs explicit evidence of a mismatch.

Supporting notes have their own place

You can add facts that did not fit in your CV. They help identify possible additions, but cannot improve the assessment of the document you submitted.

You decide what to change

Suggestions should preserve your experience and personal contribution. Check each edit before using it. Scores describe this rubric, not your chances of getting hired or an ATS guarantee.

Layout has limits

PDF page previews can reveal spacing and reading-order issues. Pasted text cannot show the original layout. Embedded links and exact font sizes are not verified.
